Who I work with...

I work with clients who seek support as they face and navigate life's challenges, as well as clients who are simply ready to move in a new direction in their lives.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a particular state of mind or vulnerability that allows us to have reactions and responses without judgment or self-criticism so that we may study ourselves and understand why we do the things we do.

Why the Body?
By acknowledging and listening to our somatic or bodily experience we can often gain access to certain beliefs and memories that may not otherwise be accessible.

What is Hakomi?

Hakomi is an intricate therapeutic method of self-discovery which helps people transform their way of being in the world through working with core material and changing core beliefs.

What are Experiential Techniques?

Experiential â€‹Techniques are small experiments or exercises that we create together usually in session to evoke a certain response so that it can be studied to reveal beliefs we have about ourselves and how we relate to the world around us.

And all of this is backed by science?

Absolutely! Interpersonal Neurobiology and Attachment Science is the basis for all of the main techniques I utilize. I would be more than happy to share with anyone who asks the science behind anything I do in session and why these techniques can evoke lasting change.
